The third in the series, this one is, arguably, the hardest of the lot.Anyone who has ventured into a gym (well… most of them at least, some do not have bags) has seen people pummeling away at the Heavy Bags near the back, slamming them for all they are worth. A full body workout, Heavy Bags offer the kind of workout that will shape your entire body and define muscles in a way no other exercise really can.Broken down in chapters and segments, Franco goes into 14 different workout routines, from Time-Based training to Impairment Training.
