I’ve been looking for a messenger bag for my daughter that’s not too big nor to small. Came across this one that’s very cute, love the color and the material is soft. It has several compartments. She absolutely love’s it! Exactly what she was looking for. Went through several bags before this one. Do recommend.As said, a bit smaller than expected, and the pins came cracked, but other than that, pretty good quality.We were sent a replacement bag because the first bags strap broke two weeks in. Customer service was fast and we got a replacement bag within a couple days however as you can see in the photos the bag cannot zip shut. There is no way to fix this because we cannot take the strap off so she just has to deal with not being able to zip her bag shut. Overall the bag is cute and customer service was fast but if this bag breaks like the first one we will just be going with a different brand.
