This is standard size Leather Double end Speed ball with Heavy duty Stretchable Bungee Cord. Unstretched Length of Bungee cord is 3'. Bungee cord adjustable up to approx. 40-48 Inches which are attached to the floor and ceiling and allows the ball to move around in all directions developing excellent hand to eye co-ordination and makes adjusting double end bag quick convenient and easy. These balls can be used with bare hands, bag gloves or with hand wraps.
